GalaMIC* AMMEROL® is now in full harvest near Verona, where the ADEMA team recently visited the orchards to evaluate the variety directly in the field.
In the Verona area, harvest takes place approximately 10 days earlier than in South Tyrol.
One of the variety’s outstanding characteristics is its excellent colour development. Even under summer temperatures exceeding 40°C, it consistently develops an impressive ruby-red overcolour, highlighting its exceptional colouring potential even under very hot growing conditions.

The visit also provided an excellent opportunity to assess fruit development and exchange valuable field experience. We are pleased with this year’s excellent results and look forward to another successful harvest.
