Another inspiring get together of South Tyrol’s Apple Sommeliers recently took place. The focus of this training session was on sharing experiences, facts & figures, and discussing current developments in the apple world.

A key topic was the growing importance of Apple Sommeliers in gastronomy and hospitality – an area gaining increasing relevance. One of the highlights was a food pairing session, combining apples with different cheese varieties, once again demonstrating the remarkable versatility and refinement of apples.

The event concluded with a relaxed get together and many valuable conversations -reinforcing that exchanging knowledge and growing together remains at the heart of the Apple Sommelier community.
