The harvest of Ginger Gold® Mountain Cove* took place in South Tyrol on August 4, marking one of the first harvests of the season.

Originating from the USA, Ginger Gold® is an early Golden variety, reaching harvest maturity around 10 days before Gala in South Tyrol. Thanks to its early harvest period, we also like to refer to it as our “summer apple.”
